What began as Little Tire Hauling in 2001 has grown into 4H Waste & Recycling Management, a women-owned, family-operated company proudly based in Andalusia, Alabama. For the past 7 years under current ownership, we’ve served contractors, tire shops, builders, and businesses that need dependable, no-nonsense waste solutions done right the first time.
With fast delivery, flexible scheduling, and clear pricing, we specialize in dumpster rentals and scrap tire hauling for commercial and project-based needs.

a commercial build?
Renovating your home or tackling a commercial build? Choose from 20-, 30-, and 40-yard dumpsters. Each dumpster is 8 ft wide × 22 ft long with rear doors for easy walk-in access, so you're never stuck with a container that doesn't fit your project. Clear dimensions, fair weight limits, and a hassle-free rental process mean no more worrying about logistics.
Your initial rental includes up to 30 days and one dump.
If the dumpster has not been serviced within 30 days, a prorated monthly rental fee of $250 will apply until the dumpster is dumped.
Please note: You must call us ahead to schedule your dumpster pick-up to avoid incurring extra charges past the 30-day period.

Need to get rid of scrap tires?
We've got you covered. Whether you're a tire shop, transfer station, or municipality, we haul directly to the landfill, with flexible options to match your volume. Choose on-site dumpster collection for steady accumulation, or a full 53-foot van trailer when you need to move serious tonnage.
Available for one-time pickup or recurring service, so you're never sitting on a pile you don't know what to do with.

Everything You Need to Know About Renting a Dumpster with 4H Waste & Recycling Management.

Almost all debris. For your safety and landfill compliance, there are a few restrictions.
✅ Accepted:
-Household junk
-Construction and demolition debris
-Yard waste roofing shingles, drywall, etc.🚫 NOT Allowed:
Liquids (no paint, oil, or chemicals)
Wet paint (dried empty paint cans are okay)
Scrap tires in regular debris dumpsters
Need to dispose of tires? No problem! We offer separate dumpsters and 53-foot van trailers specifically for tire disposal. Just ask when booking!

Your initial rental includes up to 30 days and one dump; however, we offer flexible dumpster rental terms to fit your timeline.
For dumpster rental over 30 days, the monthly rental is $250, which can be prorated (Example: if your project takes 45 days, you’ll be billed for an extra 15 days at the prorated rate).
For dumpsters swapped out during your project, the 30-day rental will reset.
Please note: We do not automatically retrieve dumpsters at the end of your 30-day period. When you're ready for pickup, you must call us at (334) 488-0288. Rental charges will begin after 30 days if we are not contacted for a pick-up. -
Payment is due when the dumpster is delivered to you.
For simple, easy payment, we accept cash or cheque. Need to pay with a credit card? No problem! Credit cards are accepted via emailed invoice, which includes a 4% processing fee.
Additional charges, such as tonnage overages, will be billed after the dumpster is emptied. -
